Please expect our standard delivery within 2 working days of placing your order.
We are currently only able to ship within the Uk and selected countries across Europe but will be looking to expand shortly. Please allow between 3-5 working days for dispatch. Delivery times will vary according to region and taxes and customs charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for details on how these charges are assessed and applied to your delivery.
All deliveries will be sent on a fully tracked service and will require a signature on receipt.
Europe – Zone 1 £14.95 Countries include Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Switzerland.
Europe – Zone 2 £19.95 Countries include Italy, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Poland, Spain, Slovakia, Finland, Portugal, Slovenia, Sweden.

Can I amend or cancel my order?
We start processing your order right after you receive your order confirmation in order to get it out to you quickly. Therefore, we cannot make amendments to your orders at this time so please double check your order before placing it.
How can I track my parcel?
As long as we have all your correct contact details you will receive an email or text confirming the despatch or your order. For our courier service we can also supply a tracking number for you.
Do I have to be in to sign for my delivery?
Our 2 day courier service is provided by a courier so you may need you to be there to sign for your package.
My package has not arrived. What should I do?
Please contact us at hello@loreoriginals or call us on 020 7377 2737 between 9.30 am and 5.30 p.m and we will follow this up for you.
Only products purchased on the www.loreoriginals.com website can be returned to Løre for a refund or an exchange. Products purchased in a department store, speciality retailer or elsewhere must be returned to their original place of purchase.
Should you make an error when ordering online, Løre will gladly exchange your product for the product you intended to purchase. The returned item must be unopened and in its original saleable condition. You are responsible for the shipping and additional postage charges.
All products must be clearly labelled and returned to Returns at Løre Originals, Floryn Limited, Vector Point, Sortmill Road, Snodland, Kent, ME6 5UA.
You are responsible for the shipping costs incurred when sending the Products back to Løre. The shipping charge of £4.25 will be payable if the subsequent refund reduces the original order amount to below the free shipping threshold of GBP 60.
Should a Product be damaged while it is being shipped to you, Løre will provide you with a full refund or exchange. Return postage will be refunded in case of damaged, defective or incorrectly sent products and a refund will be issued through the same method used for payment.
In all cases the original proof of purchase must be provided and products must be returned within 14 days of receipt for Løre to process any refund or exchange. Please call on 020 73772737 or email us firstname.lastname@example.org in advance of your intention to return or exchange a product, so that we can assist you with a smooth transaction.
Please retain your postal receipt until you are certain your parcel has been safely received by Løre. We may need to see this if we fail to receive your package.
We will process returns within 10 working days of receipt and a refund will be issued through the same method used for payment.
